THE CHALLENGE
bareMinerals asked us to help them stem the decline and position their brand for growth.

THE SOLUTION
In order to reposition bareMinerals for growth in make-up and skincare, we defined clear consumer target(s) for the brand by conducting extensive research among women in the US and UK (both quantitative and qualitative).  After identifying these target consumers, we provided robust consumer profiles for organizational adoption that identified the women representative of the highest potential for the brand.
