THE CHALLENGE
e.l.f. asked us to help them better define who was in their database.

THE SOLUTION
We developed a comprehensive RFM segmentation based on their purchasing activity and behavior. For the first time, e.l.f. has profiles of mutually exclusive segments within their customer base to create targeted campaigns. Today with a new CDP in place, e.l.f. is able to use these segments to effectively maximize their marketing marketing campaigns across channels.
